Additional shipping costs

You can be charged an additional shipping fee if we have to re-ship an item due to an address error. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s) from KhmerRock.com, you may return the product(s) within 30 days of delivery. After receiving the item(s), we will send you a replacement(s).

To replace item(s), please follow the procedure outlined below.

1. Please email to info@KhmerRock.com.
2. A Customer Service Representative will email you a Return Authorization Number and personalized return instructions. You must have a Return Authorization Number in order to return item(s).

Please note... If you paid by check, KhmerRock.com will automatically issue you a refund check upon receipt of your return. This check will be mailed via the U.S. Postal Service to the billing address listed in your KhmerRock.com invoice. If you would prefer store credit, please contact us.

Damaged or defective items If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. Damaged jewel box or cassette case If a CD jewel box or cassette case arrives cracked or damaged, we will be happy to mail you a replacement.

Inventory Availability

We cannot guarantee that a title will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a title may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed.
